Zooper Stars Register to win!--Contest Rules

Lan Enterprises LLC (referred herein as “SPONSOR”) is the sponsor of this contest. This contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older. Employees and vendors of the Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in this contest. Void where prohibited by law.

The contest will begin March of 2007 and shall continue in duration until January of 2008. One entry per household. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel this contest at any time.

Each month during the Contest (3) qualified entrants will be chosen at random on or about the 10th of the month by Sponsor to receive one Zooper prize. The winning product will be shipped to the address provided on the winners entry form. Except as noted above, prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Odds of winning a prize are based upon the total number of eligible entries received. All, federal, state and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of this prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal state and local laws apply.

By accepting this prize, the winner consents that Sponsor may use the winner’s names, photographs or other likenesses, the winner’s hometown and biographical information, statements concerning the contest entry, or Sponsor’s products without compensation for purposes of advertising, promotion and merchandising, and grant all rights to edit or modify and to publish and copyright it. This provision does not apply to entrants who are residents of TN.

Winners will be listed on the News Section of www.zooper.com and notified by email. Winners will have 90 days to claim a prize with their membership number and confirm the shipping address. Once completed, prizes will automatically be shipped.
